About Audio Visual Suite for Reckitt Benckiser
The brief from Reckitt Benckiser was to create a modern, corporate creativity and presentation suite for the Research and Development team.
The emphasis was on ease of user interaction with fast access and flexibility when presenting ideas to their international management team and clients.
A clean broadband line was run into the space which RFD linked up the flush desk top modules to.
A bespoke 7.5 metre long media wall was designed and manufactured by RFD creating a real centre piece to the suite.
Daylight ceiling modules were installed creating high powered clean light for work around the lowered meeting table.
RFD specified and installed a ceiling mounted high definition HDMI projector for high quality presentation capability.
We also connected a modern Edifier sound system setup with subwoofer for clean sound reproduction.
Feature LED lights were wired and installed to the media wall with a touch screen pre-programmable colour change facility to add some colour and drama for high end presentations.
RFD designed and installed two flip top bespoke power and data modules to the centre console. Both UK and European plugs were introduced for international usability.
HDMI, SVGA, CAT5, Sound and multiple data points were located into the modules allowing flexible connection options to the media wall for the users.
RFD specified and supplied Boss seating to the creativity suite. The contemporary seating came in feature bold colours which sat perfectly against the clean white gloss media wall and white tables.
The sofas were supplied with large feature locking castors for flexible seating locations.
Drop pendant lighting to the perimeter of the room was installed on a separate switch setup allowing a lower mood lighting facility when presenting with the projector.
A full single glazed wall was installed to section off the room which came complete with corporate manifestation.
Desso floor tiles with 45 degree angles were cut and installed to the room giving a sharp two tone grey finish.
