Building Control
Building Control's main role is to assess plans and building work to ensure that national Building Regulations are satisfied. RFD are accredited under the LABC partnership scheme to supply and submit such applications for Building Control approval.

Construction
From bespoke furniture fabrication to mezzanine floors and staircases, construction has to be quality controlled and installed with health and safety at the forefront.
Tender Packs
RFD can be comissioned to create a build ready tender pack for your interior project. We can take an outlined brief and then design the Flooring, Lighting, Power Data, HVAC, Furniture Fixtures and Fittings for it to be accurately tendered from by builders or individual trades.
